so is this going to be an opera or more of a musical?It should be a collection of classical singing pieces, unless we add a pop/jazz section later. There won’t be any text between the pieces, and no videos (unless someone wants to make some). Just text and music — the only things I am a bit competent at.
There is still a huge amount of work to do on these ones. Except for verses one to eight (they suck), the ideas are quite what I want them to be, and all the verses have the right meter, but I haven’t found good words/rhymes yet.

I am in search of musicians for the Sherlopera project. If you are part of the Sherlock fandom and would like to help with this big little project, your help would be more than welcome. Unfortunately, I cannot pay any of you, but everyone who helps will be given all the credit they deserve.
I am precisely searching for a classical pianist who can play opera reductions and lieder/melodie piano parts. Any other musician who can play this kind of music (woodwinds for example) would be a huge help too.
If you are a trained classical singer and a Sherlock fan, please contact me! I don’t want to sing it all by myself!
From now on, I will post everything Sherlopera related in here instead of posting it on my fanblog. I will not post here very often, but I will try to update with new lyrics every two weeks or so. Anyone who wants to help is welcome!
